All plans drawn to scale (3/16” or 1/8”) and include:
3D black and white perspectives: Shows the front and rear exterior view of the completed project.
Foundation, and all floor plans: Contains all relevant information to show the building's interior layout. Includes: wall configurations, bathroom fixtures, cabinetry and equipment, window and door positions, stair placement, and all required dimensions and comments.
Roof Plan: Shows all roof dimensions, specifications for roof pitch/slope, the placement of vents and drainage, material specifications, and framing details.
Exterior Elevations: Shows what each side of the building will look like and annotates all necessary materials, window styles, lintel heights, deck heights, and roof slopes.
Building Sections: Shows a vertical representation of the building at required locations to show a clear understanding of its internal composition. Provides details and dimensions of the framing, building, flooring, and roofing, as well as the heights from floor to floor and floor to ceiling, openings, and stairs.
Details: Precise drawings that provide specific instructions and information about how building components and materials are to be assembled, connected, and installed during the construction process. They show dimensions, annotations, and notes to clearly communicate the required construction methods and materials.
Drawings do not include engineering fees (if required).
